The special will take place before an audience at New England College outside Concord, New Hampshire on September 6, with the one-hour special premiering at 3:00 pm ET.
LiveOne announces that its subsidiary, PodcastOne, secures a long contract extension with co-founder and president, Kit Gray. Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc and the National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation announce that Lucretia Lee-Arceneaux is the first 2023 MIW NABLF Launch program recipient. Launch is a brand-new partnership between MIW and the NAB Leadership Foundation dedicated to supporting and guiding women in radio who are relatively new to the industry. The first of its kind, this program will target the development and curation of talent, this year focused on the engineering side of radio. Lee-Arceneaux serves as a broadcast IT engineer with iHeartMedia.
