iHeartMedia Reports New Directors Added; Both with Chapter 11 Experience. In a filing with the SEC, iHeartMedia notifies the commission that it is adding two seats to its board of directors and it is naming Frederic Brace and Charles Cremens to the board of directors. The two are also named to the board of managers of iHeartMedia Capital. Brace is also president and CEO of Midstates Petroleum. Cremens is a Boston-based consultant with 30 years’ experience in restructuring public and private companies. He was most recently president and CEO of Spirit Finance.
