LOS ANGELES — This time last month, we recapped wild positive and negative “Holiday” 2019 fluctuations triggered largely by stations that transitioned to all-Christmas music from (roughly) mid-November to December 25.
Turnaround is fair play, so – while perhaps not as precipitous as what we’ve seen on Wall Street the past two weeks or so – here’s a summary of dramatic shifts as soon as the holiday tunes went on hiatus.
The following breakouts reflect PPM-market stations that either improved their 6+-stat by at least one full-share or regressed by that margin or greater in the January 2020 sweep (January 2 – 29).
