“Holiday” 2016 PPM Analysis: Sports

LOS ANGELES —In advance of the release of January 2017 ratings information, here is a thorough look at PPM results for all-sports outlets in the “Holiday” 2016 ratings period which covered December 1, 2016 through January 4, 2017.

As is the case with our adult contemporary (Monday, 2/6), hot AC (Tuesday, 2/7), and country (Thursday, 2/16) scoreboards for the same sweep, this overview is comprised of PPM-market facilities that rank in the top 20 (6+, “Holiday” 2016).

Nielsen Audio only releases audience estimates for facilities that subscribe to its services. Owing to that reason, ratings stats in this exclusive TALKERS analysis are limited to stations that pay Nielsen Audio for its data.
